5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a set validity period, which will be stated in the offer's terms.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

5.4 VIP Program

Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.3% at Silver, up to 0.5% at Gold, up to 0.6% at Platinum, and up to 0.8% at Diamond. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their volume and consistency of play.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the gk322 platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the full bet amount will be refunded.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Please ensure any existing balance is withdrawn before closing the account. A self-exclusion request can also be made as part of responsible gaming.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. An inactivity fee may apply in such cases, and you will be informed before it is charged when the account is reactivated.
